A celebration, memorial, and rally against cancer, The Relay for Life sees teams of participants take turns walking/running around a track/path continuously overnight (because cancer never sleeps) for up to 24 hours. Held on March 1314, 2010, The Relay for Life of Leeward Oahu welcomed a 14-member team of Nan, Inc. employees, who raised a combined total of $2,629 for event. And, as a Diamond Sponsor for the event, Nan, Inc. also contributed $5,000 to the event. The Relay for Life benefits the American Cancer Society, which is committed to fighting cancer through balanced programs, research, education, patient services, advocacy, and rehabilitation.
