CNJV Awarded $65.8M Contract to Construct a New Corrosion Control Warehouse in Guam

Caddell-Nan a Joint Venture (CNJV) is proudly in receipt of a $65.8M award for the construction of J-321 Corrosion Control Warehouse located at the US NAVSUPPACT MCB, Camp Blaz, Guam. This project is being executed under a joint venture with Nan, Inc. and Caddell Construction Co. (DE), LLC, as part of the JV’s NAVFAC Pacific Mamizu MACC contract.

The project entails the construction of a humidity-controlled corrosion control warehouse designed to protect vehicle and equipment assets. Supporting facilities will include administration offices, utility rooms, and ancillary mechanical enclosures. The sitework will encompass roadway and sidewalk construction, pavement installation, security and gate fencing, and the construction of a retaining wall, along with other incidental related tasks. This task order has an estimated completion date set for December 2026.
