Nan, Inc. is serving as Prime Contractor on this project and as a joint venture partner of the company (Caddell-Nan a Joint Venture) that was awarded the contract. The P-459 Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) H is a design-build project that includes the construction of a BEQ complex for unaccompanied military personnel. The complex consists of a BEQ Tower with a Community Core Building (CCB) connected by covered walkway, two detached Pavilions, a detached Utility Building, an unattached Equipment Washdown Building and Drying Area Building. Site amenities include a Horseshoe Pit. The 161,458-SF BEQ Tower is six-stories and contains 300 Marine Corps 2+0 rooms along with required support spaces, with the design conforming to FC 4-721-10N, Navy and Marine Corps Unaccompanied Housing, Marine Corps 2+0 Room criteria and user requirements.
