Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki

  • Contract Amount: $21,526,000

Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki is located on Holomoana St. and Ala Moana Boulevard. The hotel was built in 1989 and is one of the last hotels built on the Waikiki beach. The two towers feature rooms and suites all facing the Pacific Ocean. The upper floors boast the best scenery, especially at night when the city lights come alive.

Hawaii Prince Hotel is embarking on a multi‐million renovation of its guestrooms and suites. Construction started in June 2016 and the project is scheduled to be completed in early December 2016. This involves the renovation of 565 units in the Ala Moana and Diamond Head Towers. Work includes upgrading of the room air conditioning, replacement of light fixtures, replacement of bathroom fixtures and accessories, installation of new carpet and wallcovering, upgrading of the fire alarm system, as well as repainting of the units and the corridors. The guest elevators will also witness an upgrade in finishes. The project team is working closely with the property and the construction managers to address all concerns and issues on the project. Every effort is being made by Nan to minimize impact to hotel guests.
