This project awarded to Nan, Inc. involves the construction of two separately located facilities on the KMCBH military base, comprised of: Facility 1, a 4-story, 70,000-square foot Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) housing facility and Facility 2, a 7-deck, 302,400-square foot concrete Parking Structure. Supporting facility construction work includes a gear wash, recreational area shelters, modifications to weather shelters B1003 and B1005, trash enclosures, and fencing.
