This project involved the construction of seven new buildings that would collectively serve as the Regional Training Institute and headquarters for the 298th Regiment, Hawaii Army National Guard. Totaling approximately 160,000 square feet, the new buildings consisted of two 2-story Billets (dormitories) with 76 double occupancy units and an open barracks area, and five 1-story structures consisting of a Fitness Center/Laundry Facility, Auditorium, Multi-Purpose/Mess Hall, Administration Facility, and a Classroom Building. Other amenities also included including new access roads, parking lots, and a parade field.
The success of this project resulted in a Letter of Appreciation from the Facility Management Officer, commending Nan, Inc.’s outstanding performance.
