Design, Demo, & Repair Hangars, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam

This design-build project consisted of extensive repairs and various structural upgrades to three aircraft hangars in Guam, which had sustained severe damage due to typhoons. In addition to the structural work and the complete replacement of the exterior shell, the project also upgraded the incoming electrical service and provided new exhaust systems, as well as constructed new interior office spaces and restroom facilities to support the aviation personnel.
The success of this project resulted in a Certificate and Letter of Appreciation for superior achievement from the Navy Commanding Officer that recognized Nan, Inc.’s professionalism and top-notch construction.
